- A low pressure space to share your stories from the week and your insights about a topic chosen at random from the ones shared by all the participants or a question proposed for all to give their opinions on.
- Experience the genuine comfort of being heard and accepted by a warm community of women.
- If you don’t feel like sharing anything, simply “pass” the conversation to the next person and enjoy your cuppa.
- Everything shared in the circle, stays inside the circle with strict sisterhood confidentiality.
- This is a non-judgmental space where we listen and share with our hearts and minds open.
- We begin by grounding ourselves and shedding any lingering energies carried throughout the week.
- The talk and share session then gives each woman in the circle around 60-90 seconds (maybe more depending on the number of women in the circle- we have a total of 20 spaces for each circle)
- The session finishes with a mindful meditation to reset your nervous system and help you return to yourself.
